The villa is situated on a large corner plot overlooking the 17th tee of the famous Fuerteventura Golf Course. The villa is south facing, so an amazing spot for the sun worshipers, boasting sea views, golf views and mountain views from the garden and roof terrace.

The private pool is heated in the winter months so can be enjoyed all year round. With a Canarian brick BBQ, guests can enjoy alfresco dining and comfy seats to relax with a sheltered covered terrace - a welcome escape from the sun.

All bedding and beach towels are provided.

Situated in a quiet area only 10 mins walk from the local supermarket, restaurants and children's play park and a fabulous sandy beach. A further 20 mins walk and you will arrive at the endless sandy beach in the main Caleta area, with a Marina and numerous water sports.
