Excellent value for the location and quality and amenities of the hotel property. Breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed the hot water bath. Room was too small for my family of 3 as we had large suitcases so wish we reserved a larger room - but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent, practical end value for money

Excellent location. Well-specced spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Perfect for exploring the central part of Fukuoka. Countless dining options within 5 minutes walking distance.

Overall good, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Restaurant is mostly Japanese style, with limited capacity. No room service. Next to girl bars and host clubs, but still quiet. Currently construction next door daytime only.
