The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with just a toilet, providing extra convenience during your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed to prepare meals. A washing machine is also available. The living area features a Smart TV with a box for entertainment, and the apartment is located on the first floor with elevator access.



Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops nearby, allowing you to explore Madeira with ease. While there is no private parking, the central location means most places can be reached on foot.



Check-in is available from 16h00 until 05h00, offering flexibility for your arrival. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted, and we provide bed linen and bath towels to ensure a comfortable stay.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
