Located just 300 metres from Funchal's centre, this apartment is the perfect balance between the energy of the city and the tranquillity of a welcoming refuge. Here, you will be able to feel the pulse of the urban centre around you, but within the apartment you will find a true oasis of comfort and well-being.



The space was designed to accommodate up to four people. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, ideal for couples, whilst the living room has a double sofa bed, perfect for adults or children. The dining area integrated with the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners, making every moment practical and pleasant.



The complete bathroom serves all guests, and the practical laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and household utensils, adds even more convenience to your stay.



The apartment includes a private parking space in the building, accessible by lift, ensuring security and convenience for those who choose to explore Madeira by car.



From this central location, you will be able to visit in just a few minutes the romantic parish of Monte, the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos or the incomparable viewpoint of Cabo Girão, Europe's highest cliff and the world's second highest. In just 20 minutes, you reach Ponta do Sol to contemplate an unforgettable sunset, or venture along the island's trails and levadas. To the north, you will be able to discover the famous natural pools of Porto Moniz, Seixal beach and the iconic houses of Santana.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
