We arrived at 2 PM and we checked in. We were told a room would be ready for us shortly. We waited two hours and finally checked back with the front desk at 4 PM which was check-in time we were told there were still no rooms available and no estimation on when one would be available. We then asked to speak to a manager. We requested a total refund and we were told that since we booked through a third-party, they could not issue one. They finally got us into a room, but our afternoon was ruined as we had intended to spend it by the pool before going to a comedy show that evening. Overall, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Normally, we’re able to check in early or at least on time at every hotel we stay at. We will not be staying here again.

Clean room , I did ask for an upgrade but hotel desk clerk didn’t say anything - I don’t know if she didn’t heard me but she didn’t clarify anything . Over all stay was nice . Pool area was great . Lazy River was nice but you have to bring your own inner tube.

Bathroom was not clean properly. And when showering, the none of the water was going down the drain, it was just collecting and flowing out to the rest of the bathroom flooding it down to the toilet and under the sink as well. Ended calling front desk but they never sent anyone out to check it. A few minutes passed by and went to see if the water went down by any chance but this time some black dirt or something was coming out from the drain

Excellent stay at an amazing resort!! We will come again. The pool area with the Lazy River was awesome! Many nice restaurants and nice atmosphere with friendly staff. The views from the 10th floor looking down on the pool area and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking! Loved our stay!!
