Very charming

We loved the cuteness and charm of the house. It was very convenient to all the activities we had on our schedule. The yard was good size. We just wish the lawn had been mowed prior to our visit. It made it hard cleaning up after our dogs. All in all, a very nice visit!

The spring street house

The house was nice, clean, however the walk way into the house was very dangerous. The doors didn’t shut all the way and the knobs were loose. The tub had no stopper and the jets didn’t work.

Awesome stay!

Very nice and clean property. Pre-stay information provided was thorough and extremely helpful making check-in easy. Nice quiet neighborhood and the fenced yard was great for my dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient. Met our needs. A bit of mixup with my phone number. Didn’t received access code until I called and requested. A nice friend call or message prior to guests arrivals would have help to eliminate/determine if any “help” was needed would have resolved any such future issues. My sister and Brother and his wife joined me for a mini family vacation. We enjoyed your home and it was great gathering place. Thanks. FV was a neat and fun little town.

We were able to extend our stay for a few extra days as our plans changed. The extension was very easy to do without adding additional fees for cleaning, etc. This property is our number one choice when we come to the area to visit family. You will not be disappointed.

Nice little place, but ants were everywhere

My family and I stayed at this location for a 5 night stay. My wife and child didn't stay the 5th night due to the ants. By the third day ants were everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, and eventually our bedrooms and in the beds. It was on the 4th day my wife and child refused to stay anymore. I am not giving the place a bad review because everything else was nice, but I would not stay here again until they fix their ant problem.

Charming older home, nicely decorated on a private shady street, well located near Main St in Fuquay - Varina. Unfortunately, the home was not properly prepared for our arrival, and there were several items one would consider basics, such as dish towels, bath soap, extra trash bags, and ice cube trays since there was no ice maker, that were not provided. In addition, the home was in need of some basic maintenance, including repairs to cracks in walls and ceilings, laundry doors off track, poorly fitted side door, and missing safety bar in tub, among other things. We give the property two stars for location and decor.

-Very pleased with location -cute decor with such a fun front door - loved waking to the birds singing in the trees -It worked well as a home base while all the girls in the family were in Fuquay -Varina to celebrate a new arrival in the family -it is an older home so there are unique little oddities that give it character or make it interesting - would stay there again
