This apartment is meant to be a 5-star accommodation.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, I would like you to be awestruck by the apartment. Whether you are in town for a meeting, a sporting event, a graduation, visiting the beautiful North Florida nature, reliving past memories, or anything else, this apartment is meant to enhance that experience.

Fully renovated in 2018 to be the ideal location for those looking for relaxing, hip, 5-star accommodations. The apartment is a one-bedroom with a King size bed, a comfy sectional leather couch, and there are two premium air mattresses for those folks who have a bigger group.

The historic Seagle building is Gainesville tallest building and this apartment sits on its top floor.

Fully modernized, with granite countertops, modern original art, memory foam mattress, steam shower, and new washer/drier.

You have full access to everything and anything in the apartment. This includes both bathrooms, the bedroom, food in the fridge, snacks, coffee.

I will be available via text for anything you might need and live down the street. You will be able to access the apartment as you need and with a keyless entry you shouldn't need to worry about losing any keys. Check-in and check-out times are very flexible and we can coordinate your trip to be stress free.

The Seagle building is in downtown Gainesville (4th and University) & is a short walk both the University (midtown) and to the restaurants and bars downtown.

Walking to downtown is about a 2-minute walk. The University is about a 10-block walk and walking to the stadium or O'Connoll Center is about 15-blocks. There is a bus that runs from downtown to the stadium on game days.

Uber is available and there is parking on-site which is convenient for being downtown.

I used this space as my “get ready room” for my downtown Gainesville wedding as well as two overnight stays. The penthouse is lovely, spacious and in a great location. Communication with Ryan was excellent. I highly recommend!

Ryan was fantastic to communicate with. Bldg was conveniently located to all the activities necessary for our weekend. Underground parking was a big plus. The bed was extremely comfortable. Large dining room table for my husband to work one day during our stay. We could never figure out how to turn on the TV and the stove gave us a a fit since it’s pretty high tech. We are an IT family so we at least did figure out the stove. Instructions for those 2 would be helpful during checkin. A toaster being added to the kitchen appliances would be a big help for those cooking breakfast “in” to save a little money.The grout in main shower needs a little TLC. Either a deep clean or replacement and the sink faucet leaks water but those things did not distract from our stay. Just some tips to keep the apartment in tip top shape. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Gainesville. “The top” was our choice for dinner, “Oak” was our choice for cocktails and the arcade bar was very fun for one evening to relax and do something different.

Downtown Apartment

While the building itself was historic, the apartment was very nice and spacious. The shower had a sauna built into it, and the amount of windows letting in natural light all throughout the apartment added to the warm feel of it. The views of downtown were great! Sometimes the cars driving by at night would play loud music, so the white noise machine was greatly appreciated! The coffee machine was also very neat! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration of the stay!
