Graduation for large family

The property was clean and as described.Perfect for large families. It provided alot of space for us to enjoy lots of family time. The location was ideal as it is close to stores, restaurants and UF. We would stay here again.

Wonderful house for a large gathering

We rented this house for my son’s birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for friends and family. The boys enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables, foosball, and basketball. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful space for all of us to enjoy

The home was nice and clean, loved the master bathroom with all of the updated features. It was a perfect location our daughter got married at the botanical gardens up the street. We would stay again.

Family Time

The best place for a large family with kids. The house was very large, spotless, easy parking and many fun things to do! Pool table, ping pong, foosball, tv in everyroom. The front of the house left me worried at first but it definitely a diamond in the rough. The only suggestion I would have is, supply more board games.

Amazing listing!

This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed at. Great value for money—huge inside and outside with every house game and activity you can imagine. 15 minute drive to UF campus for football games. Highly recommend!

Great Space

We had an amazing time in Gainesville last weekend! The space was incredible and accommodating for our entire family. The guys enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and basketball. Plenty of room for Everyone!! We will definitely return here again.

Fun and very comfortable

Great place for the family to hangout and spend quality time. We love our games and it was fun to play cornhole, pool and foosball. We also brought cards and games of our own and they had good tables to play on. Nice size dining room table for eating together.

Everything was as promised

We were looking for a place for the family to stay while in town for our daughters college graduation. The size and location allowed us to easily get to the college and not have to worry about where the family would stay. If traveling with a medium to large group, I'd recommend this house.

Great place for a large family!!

We so enjoyed our stay here! Pool table & screened porch were great & bedrooms were large - especially the master bedroom & bath. The only bathtubs in the master and was a little hard to bathe a wild 2yr.old, but we managed! The home could use another air conditioning unit in order to keep the whole house cool enough, and not freeze out some people . The listing also says 4 bathrooms, when in all it is only 3 full baths and 1half bath. The lights in the main hallway are on a motion sensor, and every single time you walk down the hall the lights go on and it is quite annoying when everyone is asleep in the house. The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and convenient and close to the highway and the University. Overall we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the house!! would stay again when needed!!

Very Spacious home

We enjoyed our stay. However the home needs another air conditioning unit in order to keep the whole house cool enough. One other minor issue was the fact that there was not enough glassware for our party of 12 people. Easily remedied by a trip to the store where we got plastic cups. All else was fine. Comfortable mattresses, great screened porch area & inside game room. Large tv screen in front living room - with comfortable sofa & chairs to sit on. Also planets for room for all of us to seat at tables to eat. All in all, I highly recommend this home.
