Overall stay was nice and quiet. No issues with any one on the property. Management was always available. The only negative was you could hear through the walls,which is the way it is with attached units. We had a very nice 3 1/2 month stay. Thank you Gill!!

Excellent location on Lake Lanier

We stayed in a 1-bedroom, which is small but cozy. The location is excellent, right on Lake Lanier. You can walk down the short path and jump right in the water. We brought our kayaks and floats. And it's a short drive to Port Royale Marina with boat rentals and good food and music at Pelican Pete's. Gill was very responsive when we had questions.

It was very pretty and appears to be recently renovated. The view of the lake was somewhat obstructed by a small hill but it was a nice location. The condo stayed a bit cold for a late November stay but the owner was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

We’re told we didn’t have a reservation Once that was confirmed. Only availability was on 2nd floor. Spouse has medical issues and stairs are difficult. Offered us a refund. Received most of the deposit back.

Good for a short stay. We cook a lot so the Kitchen could use some new pans. Owner should have a sheet available with internet info and checkout instructions. We just followed the typical since they weren’t specified.

A true hidden gem

I stayed in unit B7 of this property for a few weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. The setting is tranquil and safe with easy access to amenities. Gill the landlord and his wife are kind and helpful- they made me feel so welcome. It was an overall great experience!

Best kept secret

We stayed on the ground level apartment. Our view included a cove portion of lake Lanier and lush trees. Gill is a great manager of the property and is very attentive. We went to Walmart to get fishing licenses and fished from the docks. We loved our stay!

Everything we wanted
