The historic center of Galatina is quite small in size but very suggestive, inside the ancient city walls and between alleys and arches still very well kept today that cross and join the sixteenth-century buildings. There are many jewels that can be admired while walking in these parts, such as the splendid church of Saints Pietro and Paolo, Palazzo Vignola, and again the basilica of Santa Caterina, with paintings from the Giotto school.

Un soggiorno rilassante
Maria e la sua famiglia ci hanno ospitato nella casa dove sono cresciuti. È in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere entrambe le coste del Salento e vicina al centro storico di Galatina. Ci hanno fatto trovare il frigorifero pieno di frutta squisita e acqua fresca. Si ono sempre sincerati che stessimo a nostro agio e sono stati sempre disponibili a suggerirci luoghi e posti dove mangiare. Non si poteva chiedere di più

Soggiorno Salento - Casa di Mariuccia
L'appartamento è grande 200 mq per 4 persone.In due abbiamo utilizzato due camere da letto spaziose e fresche grazie anche agli alti soffitti.Una cucina da 60 mq con camino due soggiorni ,due patii al fresco e parcheggio auto.La posizione è stata strategica perché a pochi minuti dalle città più attraenti del Salento. Abbiamo trovato una sistemazione confortevole con rapporto qualità prezzo molto favorevole.Ambiente silenzioso pur essendo nel centro abitato.Mariuccia ottima host, ci ha consigliato giorno per giorno i locali, le iniziative e i luoghi da visitare.Suo fratello Tommaso ci ha accolto con un cesto di frutta e bibite.Era sempre disponibile per eventuali difficoltà.

Casa accogliente e posizione ottima per visitare tutto il Salento
La casa che ci ha accolto è molto spaziosa e accogliente. Semplice nell'arredamento ma completa di tutto, compreso un comodo parcheggio interno per l'auto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci frutta fresca e prodotti tipici salentini. La città di Galatina non è proprio vicino al mare, ma offre il vantaggio di spostarsi senza difficoltà sulle più belle spiagge sia del versante ionico che adriatico e scegliere ogni giorno un posto diverso. I proprietari di casa si sono dimostrati gentili e ospitali, soprattutto Maria Immacolata ci ha accolto con molta simpatia e generosità, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Seppur abitando in un paese diverso ha fatto in modo che potessimo incontrarci personalmente. Siamo state davvero bene, speriamo di poter ripetere l'esperienza in futuro e consigliamo vivamente la "Casa di Mariuccia"!
