Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Esperienza purtroppo deludente e sicuramente da rivedere. Capisco che il check-in sia previsto alle 16:00, ma almeno permettere di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’ingresso in camera sarebbe stato il minimo. È una situazione che non mi era mai capitata in altri hotel. Anche la colazione è stata assolutamente non accettabile: cornetti vecchi e secchi, per di più imbustati, con una qualità generale decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. La camera, inoltre, presentava diversi problemi di pulizia: nel bagno erano presenti evidenti segni di calcare, mentre sul davanzale c’era della polvere e abbiamo notato anche la presenza di formiche. Nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo un livello decisamente superiore. La struttura ha sicuramente bisogno di maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla qualità della colazione e all’accoglienza degli ospiti. Purtroppo, al momento, non mi sento di consigliarla.
