The apartment has 3 bedrooms: the main one with a double bed of 150 cm, a second individual bedroom with a 90 cm bed and desk, and a third room with a trundle bed. It is equipped with a full bathroom, balcony, wifi, satellite TV, washing machine and a free garage in the same building. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of preparing their own meals.
The main protagonist of the penthouse is its private 60 m² terrace on the rooftop, a unique space designed for relaxing and socializing.
