Bay Breeze - Waterfront, No Side Neighbors. Kayaks, Cornhole, BBQ , Pet Friendly

"Bay Breeze" is just that, a cool place to hang out and play and make memories. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the large, elevated deck overlooking the canal.
Bay Breeze is a 3 night minimum rental. If you are staying 2 nights, I may approve on a case/case basis, so you can request and I can get back with you quickly.

We have a Ring camera/floodlight above the garage door facing the driveway, trash receptacles and road/marina area.

Relax in the breezy living and dining area underneath while you watch the kids play, fish or swim. They will really enjoy the rope swing, kayaking or playing cornhole, our guest storage area has plenty of activities to choose from. Things don’t have to slow down in the evening; you can fish, stargaze, enjoy the firepit or cookout on the gas grill. The house boasts open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Primary bedroom has double glass doors looking out to the main canal and opens onto the wrap around deck. Master bath includes deep jetted tub and seamless glass shower. 3 bedrooms 2 baths which Sleeps 6 adults. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. All the comforts of home. Linens and towels included with full size washer and dryer on main living area. Ceiling fans in all rooms w/bedside fans in the queen bed rooms. 4 Kayaks and life vests, crab cages, beach toys, basketball, and chairs. ROKU TVs in all bedrooms plus larger ROKU TV in Living room for streaming. You can enjoy watching as boats launch at the ramp in front of the house. Community has a swimming pool, ($5 per person for pool) playground, and basketball court. Restaurants and groceries nearby.. Parties and Events are NOT allowed. Jamaica Beach Permit STR22-000013

It is a wonderful vacation get-a-way. The owners definitely made sure to supply everything you will need. We usually take our vacation pans because other homes are usually lacking, but not this home. It had nice cooking ware, plenty of silverware, etc. The home sits on the bay and it feels so spacious. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The neighbors are friendly. The yard is fence. We took our small dogs who had a great time. I dont recommend big dogs who have a hard time with stairs because it will be difficult. By the end of our stay we did not want to leave. This home is definitely on our favorite list.

Memorial weekend paradise

If I could have given this property more than 5 stars I would! The owner Ben was very considerate with instructions, even allowed us to check out later. This house came with everything you need for an amazing weekend, kayaks, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing stuff and crab traps too! We will definitely be back, and my parents are already planning a stay this summer! Highly highly recommended!

Perfect place!

Love this corner lot home on canal

We had the best time at this beautiful home. It was well stocked, clean and right on the canal. Very easy instructions to get in home and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We will be staying here again when we can stay longer to enjoy all the things we could have done of we had stayed longer.

Fishing and relaxing at Bay Breezr

My family really enjoyed our stay at Bay Breeze. Love the vibe of the home and of Jamaica Beach. Fishing off the pier in the back was really enjoyable and we really liked the short drive to the beach! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway for all

After a previous property last minute canceled on us we came across this gem. We couldn’t have been luckier, everything about this house is phenomenal! We brought our kids and even the teenagers put their phones down to enjoy the kayaks, fishing and the rope swing. The house was fully stocked and made it so easy. The hosts also promptly replied to any inquiries and were so pleasant. We cannot wait to return and have already been talking about it!

Galveston Getaway

The property was up to date and very clean-a perfect location. Owners very helpful. One drawback was my party consisted mainly of seniors that had a very difficult time with the stairs. A lift was present but tied off so it couldn't be used. Perhaps this needs to be explained in the property description. Otherwise an awesome property.

Would Stay Again

The property is just as described in the listing. We enjoyed our time and would gladly stay again. The yard is fenced, and there's an additional gate on the top deck which makes it perfect for traveling with dogs. The teenagers in our group especially enjoyed the kayaks and rope swing.

I can't say enough nice things about our time at Bay Breeze. I believe the photos don't do it justice! The home amenities were exactly as described. The home had anything and everything we needed (and then some), I found our host, Ben to be friendly and helpful. All of the instructions were thorough enough, and the house was so well prepared, that we didn't have a need to communicate with Ben during our stay. With 160 reviews on VRBO alone, I anticipated that with so much use, the home may not be as clean and tidy as the photos. It was better! On a personal note, it was furnished and decorated in a way I would have done to my own beach house (if I had one :-) which made my time there even more pleasant. We're looking forward to staying at Bay Breeze again someday!

Great getaway

We spent 5 weeks here and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless and perfect for us and our dogs. We relaxed, kayaked, used the fire pit and enjoyed the gorgeous view. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Excellent experience and we will be back!

All we could want

Our favorite spot to stay in Galveston area. Have stayed here 3 or 4 times. House is roomy, VERY clean, well equipped, comfortable, with updated and stylish furnishing. Cozy living room with big sofa and big TV; well equipped kitchen; beds and bedding are super comfy (I'm picky); nice big master bath; great toys: kayaks and beach supplies. Excellent communication from personable owner/manager. We'll be back.

Stunning

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is immaculate and in pristine condition. They also thought of everything to make your stay as smooth as possible, like labeling the light switches and providing very clear instructions. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. There is both a covered and uncovered deck, and you can see both the sunrise and sunset. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and restful vacation. We really enjoyed our stay; thank you!

Great Place for Your Beach Trip

My family and I had a quick weekend stay and would highly recommend this place for your Galveston trip. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the house is well-appointed and comfortable, the area is a great location. Ben was communicative and extremely helpful as needed. We enjoyed the dock fishing, canal kayaking, and close drive to the beach. Such a fun stay. Would definitely recommend.
