The property was clean and obviously new but the entire building swayed when you walk and the bed was so bad that we left a day early. We have requested a refund from Expedia since we bought cancellation insurance abs we left early and sent message to Expedia that we were cancelling last day

Won’t be booking again.
Unfortunately this was a disappointment. This rental did not include basic necessities like pots in the kitchen (there is only one pan) so we couldn’t cook our planned dinner. There was no wine opener. The listing says you can sleep someone on the pull out couch, though, there were no extra linens or pillows anywhere. And it’s thirty minutes from the beach. Pretty disappointing!

Great Stay
We had a great stay. It was very clean. Check in was easy. It’s close to a great restaurant called Top Water Grill.
There was no kitchen ware but besides that it was a great stay.
