Welcome to Coastal Cottage! Built in 1945 this sweet cottage has lots of historic charm with all the modern comforts. Surrounded by huge Live Oak trees, you’ll feel like you are staying in a tree house. When you are ready to spend time outside enjoying the gulf breezes, you’ll have plenty of options - covered front porch, large back deck or fully fenced private yard. Centrally located in Lasker Park, the Lasker Park pool and splash pad are also within walking distance. The seawall is just 1.5 miles away and the Strand just 3 miles.

Step inside this two-bedroom cottage and you will feel right at home. It features an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen with original hardwood floors and 10' ceilings. Each bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to the shared bath. The bath has a large claw foot tub shower combo great for soaking after a long day at the beach. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also if you forget any of the common toiletries at home we will probably have you covered!

The living room features a Fire TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV and Paramount+ or feel free to log into one of your apps. We provide charging stations for multiple devices should you forget your charger like we so often do!

The well-stocked kitchen has all the amenities should you want to cook during your stay. Keurig Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker with Kcups, creamer and sugars. We provide lots of seasonings and condiments. Just a few other kitchen amenities include toaster, crockpot, rice steamer, blender, microwave, and tea kettle. A five-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, separate ice maker and lots of cabinets make this kitchen a dream to prepare a meal. Don't forget to check the nesting boxes in the back yard for fresh eggs!

For additional guests, there's a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory gel foam mattress in the living room and a twin size sleeper sofa on the sun porch.

The sun porch off the kitchen leads out to the deck and fully fenced yard. It's my favorite room to start the day enjoying a cup of coffee. Our cottage is ideal for a couples romantic retreat, a girls trip or (small) family getaway.
