Rental Policy: Rental is intended for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Therefore, we will rent only to families or family groups. You must be a responsible adult over the age of 30 to make a reservation. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. The maximum number of guests is 10. Any number of guests over 10 will incur additional charges of $50 per person per night. Pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted as well as tampering with security system. Evidence of excess guests, pets, smoking, or security system tampering will result in immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid. Guests must comply with all Rental Policies in written rental agreement and subdivision restrictions. Please read rental agreement for terms and conditions to rent our property. Please do not adjust A/C cooler than 72 or refrigerator cooler than 3.

****please do not rent my home for your child’s prom or graduation group. My house is not a party house. I respect my neighbors and will not be the person known to allow parties. **** single adult with unrelated group of children (anyone under 25) will not be allowed to rent my home. If someone instant books a group of children, their reservation will be canceled and no money returned.

Great location but No Extras

House is perfect for a larger party. It’s very clean and lots of room to move about. One thing to be aware of: there were no kitchen towels, no bath mats, no beach towels, no beach items
You have to bring everything. If you’re ok with that, you’re good to go. Just be prepared. You need spices, bring them. If you’re thinking, they may have
 don’t. Bring it yourself. If you expect anything more than basics, rent elsewhere. Side note: My family has rented summer houses here for over 30 years. This was the most minimal set up I have ever encountered.

Great location/beautiful beach house

We had a family gathering there of 10 adults. It was literally a one to two minute walk to the beach. The views were beautiful and they had a spectacular firework show on the Fourth of July. The beds were comfortable and the house was very well equipped and clean. Just as Shown in the listing. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely try to come back for another visit. I would definitely recommend this property.

A calming getaway

This was the perfect beach house for us. It was clean, updated; the A/C worked very well; the beds were comfortable, and there was a wonderful view of the ocean. Nice house!

Omicron interfered with our holiday plans in a serious way so we had a fraction of the family in the house we had planned, but we enjoyed our stay despite the disappointing circumstances (and luckily nobody got super sick). The house was clean and just steps from the beach, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the host was very communicative. Pirates' Beach is always a winner, and this house was no exception.

Everything you need

Great outdoor shower, close to beach. Lots of balconies and sleeping space. We enjoyed seeing the ocean from the balcony and enjoying the breeze. Charcoal grill and picnic benches are great for families. Quiet. We flew a kite at beach. Only negative is not close to many restaurants but there is a convenience store and pizza place

Wonderful Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at this pretty house, with its cute beachy decor. It is very clean and well maintained, and we loved the location! It is very close to the beach in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood! The owner is very nice and easy to work with! We would definitely rent again!

Nice house

We loved the house- very clean, close to the beach, nice neighborhood, roomie, etc! The downstairs ac was not working properly, but the owner had a repair person fixing it within the hour (very impressed with her quick response!) - it was nice and cool afterwards! We were told they are replacing the beds soon. Nice Labor Day weekend get away!

This house is very close to the beach, with easy access. That really is the only positive. There are no curtains in the house, the ac didn't work well, the laundry made our clothes smell and the beds were very uncomfortable. We would not recommend.

Fabulous home

This house was more than we expected! It was closer to the beach than advertised, the kitchen had plenty of utensils, washer and dryer were perfect. Everyone in our party was very impressed with the home. Jennifer was so kind and easy to work with, this was the first time our family actually rented a home for a vacation and Jennifer made everything perfect. The house was bigger than expected, very clean and quiet neighborhood! We will be back. Thank you Jennifer!
