The property was in a great location which made it easy to go out to eat and was right next to the beach. The hot tub and pool was a great way to start the day! The grill in the pool space worked perfect for our meals. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be looking to visit again!

Guests do have some limitations from residents like certain pool hours and no week day use of exercise room, but views, location, staff outweigh those limits in our opinion. Will be back! Great unit!

Relaxing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was very clean and well maintained. It had all of the amenities you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also, my teenage boys loved the game room. There is a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and a large tv to watch television. The property is very secure, you’ll need to check in with security to obtain a key pass. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful View

The home was very clean with lovely furnishings, well appointed kitchen, and comfortably accommodated three families and an infant. The view is beautiful from the balcony, making iit nice for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The pool is a great plus as well. The property is walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The host was very responsive. Overall a 5-star experience and will definitely rent again.

Memorable family beach trip

This property couldn’t have been at a better location. We had 4 kiddos with us and felt so safe and the cleanliness was perfect. We had been traveling from Southern California and our aunt from San Antonio. So needless to say, we had questions of what all was needed to bring along for meal preps as well as bathroom and bedding. We plan to come back and stay at the same rental in the next few years. I definitely feel like we scored on this location. Thank you!

Love the Emerald by the Sea

We love the Emerald. You can walk right across the street to an excellent beach or if you want to you can swim in the pool on the 6th floor and still look at the beach and the gulf. It's also relatively close to most of the things we like to do in Galveston, go to the Strand, Pleasure Pier, eat at our favorite restaurants, etc. The only real complaint this year was they instituted some COVID rules that visitors could not go to the pool before 11am. Catching an early swim and relaxing before it gets later in the day is one of our favorite things. Check out time happens at the same time the pool opens. We were pretty unhappy about that and will check next time we visit to be sure that rule has changed. Otherwise, it is always good to stay there.
