This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen and living room and Master bedroom. 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10. Floor plan includes Master bedroom with Master bathroom, queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds, one queen/queen bunk and one twin/twin bunk bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. All beds are made for you. Sheets and linens provided at no charge. Huge deck overlooking the Gulf with plenty of seating. Back deck off the Master bedroom overlooks the inter coastal canal. Picnic table, 1 table and seating for 16 below the house plus a bar. Golf cart access to the beach. WIFI included with 50" Roku television in living room and a tv in the Master bedroom.

The house was exceptional! So clean and every comfort we could ask for. So well thought out. The rooms were spacious and uncluttered. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Cant Wait to Return!

My family and I had the best time at "Pelican Beach". We have been to Galveston countless times, so we decided to do a different spin this year and try Bolivar, and we are SO glad we did! The house is past the hustle of crystal beach, and much more private and quiet. We had the beach to ourselves most days, which was amazing. If you are at the beach and need to run up to the house, its no biggie, the house is very close to the water. This was our dogs first trip to the beach and he LOVED IT! I think he slept for 3 straight days when we got home lol I will say the beach itself is not the best as far as nice sand goes... lots of rocks and shells... oyster shells galore. Make sure you bring a rake, and you can clear yourself a section in front of your canopy. We found lots of sea glass and cool shells. We absolutely LOVED stargazing at night. The milky way was so bright, and the balcony was the perfect place to watch the Perseid meteor shower. Took the ferry to Galveston one day for my daughters birthday and did a helicopter tour and shopped the strand. Ferry was awesome, pulled right on both ways, no wait. The house was very clean, and the beds were SO comfy. Need to supply guests with more paper towels, TP and trash bags... very odd to me that those items are either not included at all, or in very short supply. Make sure to bring some sort of household cleaner bc nothing is provided to clean up after yourself. Other than that, the house was perfect, and we cant wait to return!

Family beach trip

This was our second stay at this lovely home. It accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. The home was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The beach was perfect with very little traffic. We enjoyed our time in the surf, ebiking, and spending time together.

Relaxing escape from the city

We enjoyed our stay very much! We wanted to escape from the city and the remote feeling of this house was perfect. The only downside was the wind made the built in blinds in the primary bedroom knock against the glass all night long. It made it virtually impossible to sleep well in that room. We enjoyed being able to watch our kids from the deck while they played on the beach. It was so easy for them to walk down by themselves (ages 5 & 6).

Fantastic house
