Catamaran Inn by Beachbox- Bring the family to this comfy/updated house located in Indian Beach. This gem of a beach home is located a short walk or drive from the beach access point. The home boasts an open living room and kitchen area. The ground level features an expansive outdoor patio for entertaining or relaxing with an outdoor dining area and a large, charcoal grill. This 3-bedroom/2-bathroom will provide the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones whether you are enjoying indoor comforts or outdoor adventures!

● Beach access: The community beach access point is just a short walk or even shorter drive!

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4-6 cars in the driveway depending on size of vehicle. Street parking is not allowed

The Catamaran Inn is a mixture of comfort and great location. Near the shore, you have quick access to the beach after just a short walk or drive. Pulling into the home, you will find enough parking for up to 4-6 vehicles and a generously sized outdoor area underneath for your enjoyment. Entering through the front door, the kitchen and living room will be directly in front of you - with decorations that let you know you’re in a beach house! And the kitchen is stocked with most basic kitchen essentials needed to prepare almost any meal. To your left will be the Master Bedroom and Bath - with a queen-size bed and a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. In the living room, the large TV with and pull-out couch are perfect for movie night or for just hanging out with friends. And with all the surrounding windows, you’ll enjoy lots of natural light just pouring in from the scenic neighborhood! Down the hall to the right, you will find the two guest bedrooms and a second, full bathroom. One bedroom features a full-over-full sized bunk bed, and the other has a full-sized bed and flat panel TV.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
