Fantasizing about a beachy getaway? FantaSea Suite will not disappoint! You'll have top floor Gulf views to enjoy the sunrise or a relaxing read anytime throughout the day or night. Not only are the outside views outstanding, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has been beautifully updated and provides guests comfortable surroundings with a fabulous king bed, queen sofa bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the alcove. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lovely granite counters and stainless appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Your stay will be complete with free WiFi, DishTV, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.​​​​​​​ There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

FantaSea Suite is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area.

Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. FantaSea Suite is located on the third floor and in close proximity to Elevator 1 near the front of the complex. Luggage carts and shopping carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use.

Located directly on Seawall, this property is convenient to any of Galveston's area attractions. Schlitterbahn water park, Moody Gardens, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt, fishing and the beach are all within a short walk or drive. Head to the West End and visit more of Galveston's beaches and do a little bird watching. Or, head east to do a little shopping in the Downtown Strand Historic District, visit art galleries, museums, or take in a live performance at The Grand 1894 Opera House or the East End Theatre Company. Numerous local restaurants offer various culinary delights and you are sure to find something tasty at almost every price point.

FantaSea Suite is your Galveston retreat!

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

​​​​​​​All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Outside of building was undergoing some construction, which was unexpected, however the condo was very clean and smelled like fresh linens when i walked in. Plenty of towels, everything was clean. One thing that was a detraction for me was that i had to pay an additional 60 to park. Otherwise everything was amazing.

Its a nice place. King bed was a little on the uncomfortable side, firm. Would have liked to of had usb ports and black out curtains. I was disappointed in already spending a good amount of money on this booking and to find out they charge to park per day. The pool is really nice and loved being right by the beach. The room is cute and quiet.love they provided beach towels. A bummer the room we had was on the construction side of the property so the closest elevator was not in use and we had to make a little hike for the elevator when we couldn't use the stairs but it wasn't to bad. We will probably stay here again.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent stay at the Maravilla Condos. While the trip itself had many enjoyable aspects, there were a few accessibility challenges that I felt were important to communicate for future consideration. When we arrived, on Friday evening elevators 2 and 3 were functioning. The following morning the only elevator that was working was elevator 3. The elevator could be called from floors 1 – 3. The elevator, however, could not be called from the parking garage. This issue persisted for the remainder of our visit. As someone with mobility limitations, this became especially difficult—particularly in the evenings. After 9PM, when the on-site staff was no longer available, I was unable to return to the unit unless I coordinated ahead of time with others to help navigate the broken system. This added a great deal of stress to what was intended to be a relaxing vacation with family and friends, many of whom had also traveled from out of town. Vacations are supposed to offer freedom—a chance to explore, to reconnect, and to enjoy a bit of independence. Instead, I found myself calculating every outing around whether I’d be able to get back to my room. At times, I felt less like a guest and more like someone in need of constant assistance, which was disheartening and honestly, a bit isolating.

Nice little place on the west end of the sea wall

I liked this place. A great little condo with a really great view of the water. Its on the west end of the sea wall, so it's a little quieter there than on the more busy portions, which I appreciate. Would definitely rent here again.

As anticipated!

Very nice unit. Was unaware of the construction though, so with only one working elevator at the opposite end of the building, the third floor trek became daunting, lol.Very comfortable bed and plenty of linens, towels, extra blankets, and pillows.Would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my weekend getaway. The condo was clean,’well equipped with beach towels, bath gear and even a Keurig. This is my 2nd time at the Maravilla property (stayed in different unit last time). I really like it. It’s very pet friendly and a short walk to a beach to relax at.

Labor Day getaway

The condo is nice and clean, we like the gulf view, The dog park amenities, the easy access to the beach across the street. Only downside currently is the front of the building is a construction zone and the front elevator and gym is currently unusable. Hopefully this remodeling will be sone soon as the front doesn’t look very pretty right now.
