West Bay Villa-NEW 3/2 close to beach and bay!

Set your watch to island time and enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this brand new light and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located blocks from the beach, bay and all of the neighborhood amenities, this is the perfect location! This beautifully decorated home sleeps 8, comes with WIFI, cable, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs entertaining area, outdoor shower and much more! Guests will enjoy access to the fishing pier, boat ramp, tennis courts and playground.

Step inside to this newly built coastal haven. The home provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8 people on premium mattresses and bedding. Every bedroom and living area is equipped with a 55" TV with cable. The property is fully fenced and has an extra large driveway to park your vehicles, boat and toys. Downstairs has a large entertaining area with BBQ pit.

NOTE: Renters must be 25 years of age or older and remain on property during rental period. No prom or graduation parties or large gatherings. Quiet time is from 10PM-8AM (no loud music). No pets and smoking permitted downstairs only. Community pool is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day with a weekly rate of $100 paid to HOA. Should you wish to access community pool, please notify me one week prior to arrival to arrange.

$100 fee for lost fishing pier key card.
$100 fee for lost boat launch pad lock key.

Gorgeous home, responsive host, great location

The home is absolutely gorgeous! You can tell a lot of thought went into its design, as it has everything you'd need for a wonderful stay. Five adults vacationed for a long weekend, and there was sufficient space for everyone to have alone time (there are TVs in each bedroom), and for together time in the comfy kitchen and living room. The house is a short drive to the beach access point, and a short walk to the marina. When we had a question, the property manager responded super quickly, even though it was the weekend. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property and responsive hosts

This property was exactly as advertised. Convenient to both the beach and bay. We rented stand up paddle boards and were able to spend hours on the bayside while only being a couple blocks from the beach on the days we wanted to go there. We couldn’t find the towels at the start of the stay and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Nice, clean house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was nice, new, clean and well laid out. The outdoor space was great as well and we loved being within walking distance of the beach. The owners were very responsive as well.

Nice getaway

The property is close to the beach and the house is decorated nicely. It was very difficult to sleep in due to the vast amount of light coming in the bedroom. Fellow neighbors are very cutting their grass at least every day in the morning. The house was not cleaned well since we found a headband, lipstick under the dresser and men's clothes on a dresser drawer. Also, I noticed the grill was not cleaned and hoped we wouldn't be charged for using it. Considering this, it's shocking considering you are charged a cleaning fee. Despite all that, I would rent this property again should black out curtains be obtained in the master bedroom. Thank you for renting this property to us.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect - very close to beach access. The ping pong table and corn hole boards were favorites for my kids. The house was very clean, the kitchen fully stocked & all around exceeded our expectations. Definitely would stay again!

Great Location

This house was great. The location was perfect for everyone and the park and Sandbar were great perks for all! The only down side would be the house was not very clean or equipped with kitchen utensils, garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Marvelous House and Great Location!

We had an amazing vacation at this house! The rooms are very spacious and the entire house is beautiful. One of the added perks my kids loved was access to the private fishing pier! We will definitely be coming back! 😊

Awesome vacation!

We were so close to everything at this property and everyone was so friendly and most of all my kids had an amazing time. And as for getting in touch with the owners...they are so friendly and always answered back almost immediately! Definitely will be back!

A Peaceful, Family-Friendly Getaway

We loved our stay here. The kitchen has just about anything you need. The top deck has a gate to keep little ones from wandering down the stairs. All the furniture was very comfortable. The hosts were quick to answer any questions ahead of and during our stay. This was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had.

Family Birthday Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! This was a trip for my dad’s birthday and his first experience with a house rental and he said it was an awesome experience! The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the house had everything we needed. The property is about 20 mins from downtown. We would definitely use this property again on our next trip to Galveston. Close to the beach!

The property is close to beach. We rented a golf cart from Ricks and they picked it up and dropped it off so we could go on the beach, playground, pier, market and restaurant nearby! The owners were great at communicating. The house is remodeled and they did awesome with the finishes. They had everything we needed to have a great and relaxing vacation!
