Blue Lagoon offers 1,400 sq ft of modern comfort with a thoughtful layout for groups and families. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, while two additional bedrooms feature queen beds. Two queen sofa beds in the living room expand sleeping capacity to 10. Smart TVs are in the living room and all bedrooms, plus Starlink WiFi supports streaming and remote work. Central heating and air keep the home comfortable year-round, ensuring a relaxing stay in every season.

Guests have full access to the home and HOA amenities including a seasonal pool. Parking is available for 3 vehicles (1 small vehicle in garage, 2 in driveway), with trailer parking nearby. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, hot tub, grassy areas, and a playground!

During fall, winter, and spring months, we strongly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for safe access to the property, as snow and road conditions can change quickly.
