Casa muito boa, nova, todos utensílios em excelente estado, proprietários muito solícitos e atenciosos. Ar condicionado perfeito estado , inclusive na área da churrasqueira integrada à cozinha e sala de jantar. Área externa com piscina . Casa muito caprichada realmente, todos detalhes pensados pelos proprietários. Único ponto negativo é a distância da praia da Ferrugem(4Km) mas mesmo assim a localização facilita saída para todas praias e centro de Garopaba, inclusive fácil acesso para outras praias da região, como a excelente Praia do Rosa.

Imóvel aconchegante que faz no sentirmos em casa!

A casa é como nas fotos, as áreas comuns são muito bem aproveitadas porque tudo é bem funcional! Tem bastante conforto e é tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. Os proprietários são bastante preocupados em deixar tudo perfeito para os hóspedes, são ótimos anfitriões, atenciosos e com certeza voltaremos! Aproveitamos muit a casa, a churrasqueira e a área da piscina! Tenho uma única sugestão, tornar a piscina aquecida porque para quem tem crianças fã bastante diferença!
