The cozy, functional apartment is about 40 square meters and has a living area with sofa, flat screen TV, radio and an integrated kitchenette with dining table. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and hairdryer. The apartment has a furnished terrace. The initial bed linen & towels is already included in the price. Parking is free. The W-LAN can also be used free of charge. On the lawn in front of the apartment are a sandpit, a ping pong table and in the summer on request also a paddling pool available, so that even the little ones feel really good.

If you want to really relax on vacation, want to enjoy peace and nature and the proximity to the sea, then we have just the right for you. Our three apartments with separate entrances are at ground level and in a quiet environment. You can reach the seaside resorts within 10 to 15 minutes by car. There you will find wonderful white sandy beaches, a variety of cultural offers, cafes and restaurants. As a partner of the Baltic Sea Therme Usedom, we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% off the entrance fee in the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun. Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days each year in January. Garz is only about 2.5 km from the fishing village Kamminke Achterwasser (kl. Harbor, beach).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
