Come home to our newly upgraded 3 level, 2500 square foot 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Modern Farmhouse Cabin in Gatlinburg Falls Parkview - Up the Ante TN. You'll easily arrive at our home from the parkway with a quick 3 minute drive up fully paved roads with no steep hills (Level 2 EV Charger for electric vehicles on-site). Comfortably sleeping 12 in our smartly designed home where every bedroom is a master- each complete with a full private en-suite bathroom! Gaze peacefully at the panoramic Smoky mountain views from the top deck in our outdoor living room sectional sofa or in one of 2 rocking chairs. Enjoy a relaxing soak in our 7 person hot tub on the deck below while overlooking the Smokies in all their glory.

Inside on the main floor you'll have the great room (all blanketed with blazing fast 250 MB WiFi on a Mesh Network) - a living room with a new 55" Smart Roku TV and a Sonos Beam Soundbar (complete with cable and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, Hulu along with a curated host of newly released movies on our Plex server). It's easy to relax on our 2 sofas and comfortable side chairs or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the living room fireplace (with safe and clean electric logs). The dining room easily sits 10 adults with the extended leaves as the kids can have their own area at the island counter bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is completely stocked with all of the cooking items you need for your family including a complete set of pots and pans, cookie sheets, measuring cups, cooking utensils and our custom coffee station with an Up the Ante TN coffee blend, Mini Moos creamers, sugar and sugar substitutes.

Up the Ante TN is a special home in Gatlinburg Falls Park View community that is minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, ideally situated for 2 or 3 families or 4 couples looking to get a break from the fast pace of everyday life. Within the Gatlinburg Falls Parkview community there are additional amenities that can be enjoyed during your stay including an outdoor resort pool (seasonal), conference center, wedding facility access and fitness center less than 1000 feet from our home.

Family birthday celebration

Wonderful house, great linens and lovely views. Plenty of clean rooms and fun things to do. The swings on the porch are wonderful! The only draw back was there were not enough things in the kitchen to use for serving food. Bowls, platters, etc
 plenty of pots and pans but a small amount of serving pieces. The kitchen is huge and the appliances are wonderful! Such a fun place to stay!!!

Beautiful views, very comfortable beds, great location, bathroom attached to all bedrooms. Really enjoyed the game and theater room. Lots of amenities provided. And pool and hot tub was very relaxing. We even saw a bear cub during our stay! Will definitely stay at Up The Ante TN again!

We absolutely enjoyed staying here! This cabin was the perfect stay for my family of 7 that went! Kids enjoyed the game room and had so much! Loved in the swings on the deck to just look out at the mountains and enjoy the view!! The hosts were in constant communication and ensured we had everything we needed! We stay at Up The Ante cabin for Labor day weekend and we had a blast. The cabin is close to everything and the hosts were amazing, they were in constant communication and on too of everything. We really recommend this cabin.

Fantastic Cabin

Fantastic stay at "Up the Ante" cabin. We had a family of 9, with five being kids ages 9-17. Plenty of space for everyone and kids spent most of the time downstairs with games, movie room, and hot tub. Whole cabin was fantastic. Hosts provided adequate supply of everything! Pool is within walking distance, right down hill. Cabin is about five minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. No issues during our entire stay. Hosts responded immediately to any questions.

Perfect family getaway

We stayed here as a group of twelve. 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was clean and well prepared. All the necessities were already there and then some. The game room and the hot tub were nice for everyone from the kids to the adults. The theater room was also fantastic. Communication with the host was easy and fast. They were available the entire trip to help with questions. The website for the property was extremely useful. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Easy access to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Up the Ante!! The owners make everything so streamlined having a detailed online guide to the cabin. The kids in our group loved the game room and movie room. We had plenty of space with 4 adults and 5 kids. If I had to give any constructive criticism it would be to maybe consider some dressers or drawers in the bedrooms. Simply Great

Everything at this property was exactly as described. The property was very clean. The layout is great for large groups. The property owner checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, but it never felt intrusive or overbearing. I highly recommend this property and the owners.
