Upscale newer condominium in the heart of Gatlinburg. All of its many attractions are just a short walk away. Enjoy phenomenal views from two private balconies. The unit has a King master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two full beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. TV in living room and master bedroom. Free WiFi. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and washer/dryer in closet. Free parking on-site. Unit is on 4th floor with elevator access. Very convenient to the main shopping area. Not a real view off the balcony but it is very large & a 2nd one off of master bedroom.There is a very steep hill to walk up from the street but The is a shared elevator next to the pool that takes you to street. 2 free parking passes are included. I will stay there again without hesitation.

Location was perfect; we were close to the National park entrance so driving in to the park was quick & simple and also close enough to Gatlinburg to walk everywhere from the condo and avoid the car traffic and looking for parking. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, furnished and appointed to make our stay very comfortable! Will stay here again.

Condo was awesome good view of the sunset from the balcony! Super easy walking distance to town. Unfortunately the elevator to street level was under maintenance for our trip, but a short trek down the hill and your in the thick of it! Definitely recommend Howard’s for at least 1 lunch/dinner!!

The condo was great inside, except couldn't figure out how to make the shower work in one bath. The parking lot is not convenient to the unit. But the biggest drawback that we couldn't have anticipated is that it is located up a steep driveway from the main parkway. Way too steep to walk down, unless you are part mtn goat!..

Broken elevator

Overall, the stay was great; however, the elevator which leads to the Parkway was out of service the entire visit. This meant we had to drive to the Parkway and pay to park as not all our family could get up and down the steep climb. Part of the perk staying here is the easy Parkway access. Unfortunately, this inconvenience cost us a lot in parking fees.

This place was clean and relaxing. The only small thing I wished for was a better pan for cooking eggs. It seems like the pan they had was once a good pan but simply is just old. But I just made it work. It had everything we needed and the host was so kind and responsive! I would stay here again for convention!

Everything was wonderful! Condo was super clean. We had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Very close to anything we wanted to do. Very reasonably priced compared to other units we considered. Would stay here again for sure!

Summit Manor Condo in Gatlinburg

We have stayed at several Summit Manor condos and this one is very much like others. They are in a very good location and are clean. The one thing about this one that is not a deal breaker but is somewhat of an inconvenience is that it has no TV service at all. There is a smart TV but you have to use your own service/streaming provider. Also, it has poor internet service so that causes issues with streaming without lag/buffering. TV service is not the reason I go to Gatlinburg but after a day out in the park, it would be nice to be able to watch TV without the hassle.

Great Condo

The condo is large with big bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and a large kitchen. The appliances and furnishings are newer and in excellent shape. There is a nearby elevator to get you down to the street level without having to walk the driveway hill. Great location. Highest recommendations for this property.
