This Property is a completely private apartment located on the lower level of a building that houses two other private units.



All units on the property have their own entrances and porch areas. Only the driveway is shared.



This suite is not visible from the main driveway. You must head down the paved path on the right side of the property to access Bear Suite. There are signs to give direction (see photos).

One free parking spot is available on-site in a shared driveway for easy accessibility. If you have more than one vehicle please contact us for additional parking prior to your arrival.



Named for the many black bear sightings in the neighborhood, our `Bear Suite` offers a 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed, 1 futon couch, ac, heating, an electric fireplace, a 55` TV, a private deck and hot tub.



This suite offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated workspace.



5 miles from the Arts & Crafts Community on Glades Road.



20 minute drive to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge.



20 minute drive to Elkmont to see synchronized fireflies when in season.



**No Laundry on-site. A 24-hour coin laundromat is a 5 minute drive away.**



The apartment suite comes with extra linens, pillows, blankets, towels, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, coffee filters, and basic cooking seasonings.



Spring/Summer/Fall months. Black Bears are very commonly sited in our neighborhood!
