Would have to say that this place was absolutely amazing!!!! We stayed for the first time for a full week here and had an amazing time!!! The only reason I gave the review that I did because unfortunately you could definitely tell this lacked the sweeping and mopping of the floors and UNDER the furniture in all rooms! Could definitely use for housekeeping to do better for what is paid for cleaning service fees

A great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and got some quality family time together playing games, watching movies, and quality sleep. Early risers sat on the porch for sunrise and coffee, the night owls stayed up playing pool and pinball.

Clean cabin, plenty of room, nice view of the mountains. Only complaint was loud neighbors up the hill from us but I believe they were with the car show so of course it was loud. I’ll definitely be keeping this cabin saved for future trips.

Cabin was extremely accurate to the listing and worked perfect for our group. The bathrooms were fuly equipped and all rooms were clean with beds made. The kitchen was nice but there was a lack of dish soap to hand wash dishes. There are also only 2 bathrooms with showers, not 3. Overall would stay here again and recommend to prople who don't want a duper intense drive up the mountain.

This place is amazing!! We stayed with another family, 7 people in total-- 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved our stay, the view, the hot tub, the cleanliness and newness of this cabin were all on point. Please add a pizza pan when you can and also leave 3 to 6 garbage bags.

Beautiful views, HUGE house!

Will absolutely stay again, but I'll pack salt, pepper and a few pans haha! Lots of plates, glasses and silverware but no salt or pepper! Forewarned about everything else we made sure to pack extra paper products.... Great coffee pot, easy to make a pot or a K cup of that's your preference....Beds were very comfy and the hot tub was awesome! 5 minutes from the Rampant Lion and the artisinal community, and only 10 minutes from both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge!

The cabin was comfortable. The view was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was we like to cook occasionally or at least warm up take out leftovers. There were 5 pans total. All of which were badly scratched and ready for the trash. There’s no light in the corner of the kitchen. So as long as you don’t want to cook it’s great place to stay. I will say we had a maint issue while we were there and it was resolved in less than 30 min.

Almost perfect! The views were absolutely amazing, the beds were super comfortable, and the cabin was close to everything while still feeling private. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, which made it perfect for our group of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens)A few minor inconveniences kept it from being 100% perfect: the listing advertised three full bathrooms, but there are only two showers, there was also no extra bedding for the pull-out couches, and the kitchen had just the bare necessities—not even pot holders or oven mitts. No cleaning supplies were provided, and the kitchen lighting was pretty terrible for cooking. That said, it’s truly an excellent place and we would absolutely stay again—it just needs a little better stocking and clearer listing details. Bonus: the Ai looking artwork was a constant topic of conversation!Overall, a great cabin with an excellent host, incredible views and comfort!

Loved the cabin as a whole it was very nice and clean with nice views and fit 4 adults 3 young kids and a baby comfortably, however basic necessities at the vacation rental were not provided there were no trash bags , no laundry soap no cleaning spray there was a broom but no dust pan. They did provide 1 toilet paper for the bathroom that was paper thin and gone within a day. I did express my concerns and was basically hit with they don’t provide those things and then they stopped replying to me. Also the screen doors are difficult to get locked so I recommend just making sure on those nightly.

The property is pretty nice but we did have a couple issues that weren't resolved in a timely manner. On top of that, when a service tech finally made it out to fix our issues, they didn't lock the door when they left. Our unit, with all of our belongs, was left unlocked for several hours when we were out. This was totally unacceptable. I was in text contact with someone when this all was happening and they kept saying that they would 'alert their team' or 'inform out team' of our experience. I was hoping someone from the team would reach out to me directly but that never happened.

Points forts : Emplacement
Overall it was a nice place to stay. Pros: Very responsive host. On day one we realized the K-cup part of the coffee maker didn't work and the next day they delivered a brand new Keurig. Great location. Short drive into town with very little traffic. The National Park was close and so were several other things to do. The views from the decks were gorgeous, especially sunrise if you're up early enough. The basement game room. Our family spent most evenings down there after our adventures during the day. It was a great way to unwind.Cons: There are some apparent issues with the seals around the sliding doors. It rained most of one day that we were there and there was some water that came in around the doors. Also, apparently it was the time of year (early June) for millipedes, and each morning we had to clean up 30 live and dead millipedes near the basement sliding door primarily, and some around the first floor sliding doors. Some minor wear and tear and cleaning. The cabinet around the fridge had been knocked loose and had a couple exposed nails, not a big issue as our kids are older and know to stay away from stuff like that. Some areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile, like behind the arcade game and the top of the cabinets (really only an issue because it's visible from the balcony).Overall though, would definitely stay again.
