Private Apartment:

We have a private short term rental apartment on the bottom level of the house. This apartment is completely closed off from the rest of the home. There are NO shared spaces and NO access to the house from the bottom level guests' side, nor you to their apartment.



Whether you're bypassing traffic via the Gatlinburg Bypass or heading straight into the national park, everything is at your fingertips.



Guest Access:

There is a private door to the left of the house with an electronic lock, which guests can access with a code, sent the day before check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: Our home is located in the mountains and the driveway is very STEEP. If you have a low riding vehicle, I would not recommend pulling in the garage. Simply park at the bottom and walk up. There are stairs and a railing for assistance.



The Neighborhood:

This home is perfectly situated — just far enough from Gatlinburg’s lively downtown strip to offer peace and privacy, yet still an easy walk to all the action. You'll feel like you have your own private oasis while being just minutes from endless entertainment, family-friendly attractions, hiking trails, incredible dining, games, the aquarium. If you’re a runner, you can even jog straight from the house to the scenic Gatlinburg Trail that leads into the Great Smokey Mountain National Park.



Getting Around:

Drives:

- Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park - 4min away

- Dollywood & Dollywood Splash Country - 25min away



Other Things to Note:

There is a washer and dryer available for guest use.



PET INFORMATION:

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
