Downtown Gatlinburg Condo Walk to all the attractions in Downtown Gatlinburg!


Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. Condo is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is included.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. Please bring your own pool towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in anytime after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Everything was lovely. It was a wonderful location for our stay of exploring Smoky National Park and having a bit of fun in Gatlinburg. All the furniture was very comfortable and it was extremely clean. Plenty of towels and other supplies. An ice cube tray would have been helpful. The pots and pans need to be replaced with non-scratched up Teflon. Otherwise it was a wonderful place and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again if in the area.

We came here to celebrate our baby moon and it was just perfect! We were right within walking distance of everything which was so helpful with gas prices right now. The view was stunning we got a perfect view of the mountain range, although we didn’t use much the kitchen is stalked with eveything you could need to cook if you didn’t want to eat out. Our stay was perfect :) we will definitely be back here on our next trip to TN.

The only misleading part was walk to all attractions. Younger and healthier folks would be able to walk to the strip but a 72 yo with 2 knee replacement struggles. Overall it was a great stay.

We were very pleased with this property! It was very clean and comfy. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to mostly everything. The host was very easy to deal with and he responded quickly. We loved our 1st time experience in Gatlinburg and celebrated our 40th anniversary as well. Check-in details were provided well in advance. The condo was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and very clean. Additionally, the television picture was extremely clear. These were all pleasant surprises to help us relax after walking all day in downtown Gatlinburg! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo!
