The breakfast was real good the bar food was good restaurant prices and little pricey the I didn't like where you have to pay for parking each day you were there the bed wasn't too comfortable overall the place was beautiful

Weekend Trip

The hotel is very nice and convenient to the strip in Gatlinburg. This is a resort so a lot of kids are on the property but the only issue we had was them running down the hallway! Over all the room was on the small side especially for the price but nice. The other kicker was finding out a week before the trip a $15 a day parking charge was added. Some didn’t find out until they checked in.

Best family hotel in Gatlinburg! Will definitely stay again when me and my wife and two girls come back! There’s so much to love about this hotel! Pool, water slide, and lazy river are stunning. Food at the pool is great, breakfast options awesome and kept us full :). I’m a fanatic about cleanliness and this hotel was spotless. Love the feel and friendliness of the hotel. If I were to make improvements to hotel: Bed frame stuck out from mattress(hit with shins several times), water pressure was low, more hooks on bathroom would be helpful, walk to downtown was easy but walk up in the heat was tiresome…

Room and grounds were clean. Some of the gates to the pool would not open with room key. When we arrived, the Lazy River was roped off and green. They got it cleaned and open on our 3rd day. There are bees flying around the top of the stairs at the water slide.

We stayed for 3 nights. It’s a very nice, new hotel in a great location. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We loved the pools. Rooms were clean and well kept. However, I don’t know that we will stay here again because of two reasons:1. The mattresses are awful. They are so hard. To me, I literally felt like I was laying on a board with a thin layer of foam on top. Being a side sleeper, my hips were killing me by the end of the third night. 2. If you are in a room with a connecting door to another room, those doors are paper thin. We could hear everything in the room next to us who unfortunately had a toddler that fought bedtime. So either take earplugs or request a room with no adjoining door.

The hotel was just far enough away from the main drag. The pool area was very nice, plenty of seating and a spacious hot tub also fire pits! There was plenty of variety at breakfast. Would definitely stay at an embassy suites again! Our rooom was very clean and nicely decorated.

The staff was excellent, but at the bar both Friday and Saturday night there was only one bartender and she was excellent but overwhelmed 25-30 minutes to place a order is unacceptable. Saturday night/Sunday morning at 1:07 AM a monitor of some kind started beeping and it took the staff over a hour to figure it out that truly was unacceptable! I believe l am owed a complimentary stay please let me know?

This was our first trip to Embassy Suites Gatlinburg but we are already planning our next. It was peaceful and serene but close to downtown and all of the attractions/restaurants. The breakfast is delicious! Make sure you try The Roaring Fork restaurant as well. Chef Chris made the best chicken Alfredo I have ever had with moist, well-seasoned chicken and a tasty Alfredo sauce. I miss it already but will be back soon.
