From the moment you enter this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table with seating for 6 plus 4 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Waking up to the Mountain View and falling asleep to the city lights was a real delight. Perfect location to all attractions. Stayed here for a multigenerational family vacation and every family booked their own unit. This allowed a central space to meet up, enjoy the pool, and hangout by the electric bonfire together while having your own private space. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and one of the perks was having a dining table (the 2 bedroom units did not have one).Staff was friendly and kept the property well maintained. Will definitely book again!

We had a problem with the kitchen faucet not working but maintenance fixed the problem the next day. We had a problem with key pad, maintenance never contacted us about it but eventually we got it go work. The only real negatives about the condo were that were no towels racks in the bathrooms and one bedroom had no dresser so no place to put clothes other than the closet.

I am always a bit skeptical that a room or property may be somewhat different than what I see posted in pictures, but this rental was identical to what was advertised as was all the amenities that were listed. The rental was immaculate and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking downtown Gatlinburg, which was even more spectacular at night. I could walk out the master suite's sliding door and sit on the patio, enjoying the view as well as the Ober tram traveling up and down the mountain. The plunge tub was very nice and relaxing. The process of check-in/check-out was very detailed and smooth which I appreciated and whenever I spoke with staff via telephone, they were always nice, courteous and professional. We really enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but knowing that we could come back to a beautiful, quiet property after the long day just made the experience even better. Would I recommend this rental to stay? Absolutely! 10/10

The views were absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We loved that the outdoor pool and hot tub were open and usable even in March, which was a pleasant surprise and made for some really relaxing afternoons. The firepits were perfect in the evenings for winding down and roasting marshmallows with the kids.The cabin itself was cozy and mostly clean. All the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated that each room had its own private bathroom, which worked great for our group. One room did not have a dresser, which made storage tricky for two people sharing the space.There were a few downsides: we had some issues with ants and ladybugs inside, and there was construction nearby during our stay, which took away a bit from the peaceful atmosphere. Also, the cabin was only stocked with just enough basic supplies for one use (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.), so definitely plan to bring extras. We also wished there had been a broom or vacuum available to help keep things tidy.Overall, the location and amenities made for a memorable trip, and with just a few small tweaks, this place could be even better.
