Stayed for two nights just to rest on a long road trip. Staff was very accommodating to our every need. The evening manager was especially helpful. Her name started with an R. Hotel was very clean.

Stay Gatlinburg
Short stay but loads of fun! The hotel had construction going on, which was inconvenient but stay was nice. We brought our dog which the cost would have been another night somewhere else. Not much room at the dog area, but we took her for walks elsewhere anyway. They need to lower that dog fee and more people may stay as the hotel is nice but not a high end hotel and even if it were it wouldn't cost that much to clean after a pet stays there. If people can't clean up after the pet then the hotel should charge them, not everyone are disrespectful people. All in all it was a good stay, close to all stores and eateries.

Not Pet friendly. The 3 rd fl balcony rail was spaced so our 25 lb dog could fall through. $75 additional for a pet?!?! Im sure that was hidden in the very fine print

Dog friendly/ Excellent downtown location
Love they are dog friendly. Nice fireplace my dog loved sleeping next to the warm fire. Hotel is walking distance to everything. Even the Gatlinburg trail which is dog friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
