The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful prior to our stay. We were in town coaching volleyball at Rocky Top Sports World, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—it’s just minutes from the facility! If you’re looking for a cabin that’s close to both Rocky Top Sports World and downtown Gatlinburg, this is the perfect place to stay!

Nice but small

The cabin is cute but it is small. The main bedroom is very cramped and there is no place to store your luggage, or personal belongings. There are no closets in the bedroom or anywhere in the cabin. I had to move things upstairs to store in the loft area. The sink in the loft area was clogged & did not drain adequately (did report to the cabin rental personnel). Some type of chemical/stain was placed on the deck which left an overpowering smell. We could not leave the windows/door open due to the strong odor. The staff at Parkside Cabin Rental were very nice in person & over the phone too.

Great Cabin

I actually did not get to stay in this particular cabin. I was moved by the Park Side Cabin Rental company to a cabin called Bear Feet Lodge. It was a wonderful cabin and I would definitely stay there again.

Cabin was located just a short distance to Gatlinburg which was very convenient and it was a cute little cabin, but the furniture and the bedding needs replaced.
