Living Room

Love natural light and endless views? This is your dream cabin. The living room soars two stories high with a cathedral ceiling. An entire wall of windows frames blue skies and mountain vistas. Golden wood planking on the ceiling reflects the light. Sink onto the buttery-soft leather sofa or lean back in a recliner, and soak up the views. Smile at the whimsical black bear sculptures around the room! A large flat-screen TV is wall-mounted so you get a great view of shows, movies or sports from anywhere in this open plan space.

Kitchen

This conveniently designed kitchen keeps everything close at hand, so cooking is a breeze! It’s also fully equipped with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need.

Granite countertops are both beautiful and tough. The stainless steel appliances gleam. A double sink provides ample room for cleaning up, and the warm, honey-toned wood of the cabinets adds luster to the open plan main level. The kitchen’s standout feature is the long bar counter, with seating for five guests on leather stools. Lay out a breakfast buffet or after-dinner dessert bar here, and let everyone create their own delicious dishes!

Dining Room

The separate dining room will take your breath away with its incredible views! Large windows fill the whole wall next to the farmhouse-style table with seating for 10. This dining room is so large, it includes a seating area with a leather sofa and armchair, so you can keep gazing at the views even when it’s not mealtime.

Bedrooms

Five charming bedrooms give everyone a great night’s rest, so you’re ready for days of adventure in the Smokies.

The master bedroom brings the lodge’s sweet name to life, with little bears holding up your bedside tables and lamps, and cavorting across the old-fashioned quilt! This pampering room has a king mattress in a handcrafted log bed. The ensuite bathroom boasts spa-like elegance. The custom, extra-large shower is lined with natural river stones and has a rainfall shower head, plus natural light from a window nearby.

Two more king bedrooms with log beds and ensuite bathrooms add even more luxurious space. The fourth bedroom charms, with a delightful train theme. Enjoy the vintage railway art on the walls and a wrought metal queen bed, beneath a pretty, angled ceiling overhead. Bedroom five holds a second queen bed, this one with a delicate bent-wood frame, in a romantic room with another angled ceiling. Need more sleeping space? A queen sleeper sofa provides additional accommodation.

Honey Bear Lodge’s four and a half baths ensure everyone can get ready for the day without jostling for space at a sink.

Game Room

Two sets of French doors lead onto the wraparound deck outside and let sunlight pour into this bright, inviting room. Gather the gang for a lively foosball tournament, or play table tennis any time of day or night! Spectators can stretch out on the leather sectional sofa and cheer on the players. Light a fire in the game room’s fireplace, then grab some popcorn and binge movies on the flat-screen TV. This combo living area and play space is so much fun, you might never want to leave!

The Loft Landing

Take some “me time” on the spiral staircase’s loft landing. This sunlit perch is just right for reading, checking your email, listening to a podcast, or napping. A sofa with extra cushions makes a great nest. Two adorable child-sized rocking chairs tempt kids to take a break with a book. A unique window, set just over the sofa, gently illuminates this bonus space.

Sauna

Saunas are a rarity in Smokies cabins. Ultimate relaxation is yours, when you have a private sauna to enjoy after a tiring day of hiking. This gorgeous, wood-lined sauna is big enough for several people, too, so you can chat while you relax here.

Outdoor Spaces

The screened porch is like a second living room! Soak your cares away in the hot tub without a single worry about bugs, sun or rain. Play pool on the porch’s pool table. Kick back with a glass of wine or cup of hot chocolate on the plumply cushioned sofas and chairs. Take in the views–they stretch for miles, all the way to the horizon!

The cabin features two roofed patios. On one, you’ll find a picnic table, with two charcoal grills nearby. The lower level has another patio leading to the yard, where you can play games, toss a Frisbee, or just watch the kids run around having a blast. When things quiet down, watch for wildlife in the trees outside. You might spot deer, birds, maybe even coyotes or a real bear!

A fire pit in the yard invites you to sit under the stars, tell tales, and make melty s’mores.
