Located in Chalet Village, this condo offers community amenities (pools, clubhouses, game rooms, tennis courts, and more), the comforts of home, and a great spot near all the fun of downtown Gatlinburg.
Prepare breakfast in your kitchen before a big hike in the national park or pack a picnic lunch for a scenic drive. On days in the condo, break out the board games provided here for a fun game day. When it's cold out, get a fire going in the wood-burning fireplace as you chat and sip hot cocoa. The condo also has wireless internet, paved parking, a new sleeper sofa, and a washer/dryer.
At night, fall asleep watching TV in bed and enjoy some much-needed rest. When you want to get out and explore, check out the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, unique shops, fun Ripley's attractions, and much more.
The condo was clean and new. The drive to it was steep and winding but not a busy road so it was manageable. It had a nice sitting area and wood for the fireplace but bring your own lighter. Management supplied 1 roll of paper towel and toilet paper in each of the bathrooms, and 1 pack of coffee to make a pot, bring your own if you want more. No quiet hours-the condo below us had a party on the balcony until 6am with music, laughing and dancing which made it hard to sleep. We were able to see a family of bears right outside our balcony though, since they left their food and drinks out on their balcony for 2 days. We did lock the door with closing key code and couldnât get back in to get something we forgot, but management virtually unlocked the door for us very quickly. Overall nice condo with great communication from management.
Overall stay good. Queen bedroom sheets were to small and dresser drawers, some did not open. Full 12 cup coffee maker would be great, current 5 cup makers works/ it need to make multiple pots for 4 people.
Great stay. The only thing I wish we had known was the difficulty driving to the location. The immediate roads leading to the property are very windy, narrow, and have steep drop offs. We have stayed in TN many times and this is by far the worst drive. Other than that the place was great.
Property was high up on mountain with windy roads and steep hills. Private but close enough to town to go back & forth if you have a car or contact a local taxi service. Place was wonderful 2 bedroom with everything you could want in unit. Highly recommend and would stay again.
We had a great time on our visit. We saw multiple bears around the property. And experienced the local attractions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation.
