This is a perfectly beautiful location. My Condo, which sits on the top of the mountain in the resort, allows for the views of the surrounding mountains. It has comfortable sleeping for eight, and a full-sized fully-equipped kitchen.

The approximate 1,400 square foot open floor plan offers a romantic stacked stone fireplace, sliding doors going out to the balcony, large flat-screen HDTV, DVD, Internet/wifi, plush leather sofas, full dining table with six chairs, and additional seating at the kitchen counter bar.

This luxury condo offers the perfect location for families and friends, or a romantic getaway. Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and WaterPark is the ideal accommodation -- from the views from its balcony, to the hot tub, fireplace, climate controlled indoor water-park, its revitalizing on-site Serenity Spa, and much more. The perfect spot for a family vacation -- right in the heart of the Smoky Mountains -- conveniently located just off the main Parkway/US Highway 321/441, between the cities of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and just past the entrance into the Smoky Mountain National Park.

There are multi outdoor pools, in addition to the all season WaterPark, Putt-Putt golf, restaurants, marketplace, game room, etc.

You will have my owner status during your stay, which includes --

The condo has a full-size, fully-equipped kitchen, there are convenient grocery stores, a market place on site, and several restaurants on site.

KITCHEN: All utilities are full-size -- dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pantry items, dishes & utensils, dishwasher soap, soap for sink, paper towels, initial supply of clothes washing detergent, silverware, cookware, bowls, pitchers, assortment of glasses, china, cutlery, etc. I would recommend you bring or buy tinfoil, salt/pepper, additional clothes washing detergent.

RESORT POLICIES:
The minimum check-in age is 21. A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport is required at check-in. Your major credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidental charges. Special requests such as a rollaway or cribs are subject to availability and additional fees. Any and all weapons, including but not limited to, firearms, knives, and/or explosives, concealed or not concealed, with or without a concealed weapon(s) permit, are not permitted by any person and/or for any reason.

No Smoking Policy
All units are non-smoking and any guests found to have been smoking in the room will be assessed a fee for additional cleaning.

Recreational vehicles (RV), specialty vehicles and trailer parking of any kind is prohibited on Westgate property. All violators will be towed at Owner's expense. Alternative off-property parking is available with advance notice.

Pet Policy: A $100.00 pet deposit is required at time of check-in. If there is no damage upon checkout, the deposit will be returned. A separate $170 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. One (1) dog is allowed per unit and must not exceed sixty (60) pounds. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. The following breeds are not allowed on property: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chow and Presa Canario. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet, and a pet is found in the room, they will be charged $190.00, in addition to the $100.00 deposit. This policy does not apply to service animals.
