The cabin was beautiful! We really enjoyed the screened in patio for breakfasts, the hot tub, and feeling surrounded by woods. We even had a bear go right by the patio while we were out there! The property manager was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay! This is little is the perfect getaway. We actually had a different weekend booked but my daughters needed up having a basketball tournament and JJ was there to help me get the dates changed! Communication and accommodations are a 10/10!! He made sure everything was perfect before our arrival and checked on us during our stay. The cabin is the perfect stay for a couple. The bathtub was my favorite! The only downfall was we didn’t get to see any bears during our stay.

Bears, Bears, Bears!

The property is perfect for a two person getaway. There is a nice pullout couch but three would be a crowd. This cabin is far enough up the mountain that you forget that there is a thriving town just a few minutes away. The property is so quiet that a family of bears roamed the area for our entire trip. The bears came and sat in the driveway while we watched from the enclosed porch. Hot tub was nice, clean and there has definitely been recent updates to the cabin. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely weekend at the Firefly Haven! The location was perfect! All of the amenities were wonderful. The only thing I could have enjoyed was a wood fireplace. The fireplace just had candles to burn underneath but it was still nice. I could understand for safety reasons as well. We did get a chance to see mama bear and her 3 cubs which topped off our stay! Thank you again for the great cabin!

Updated and Cozy

Perfect for our family of 3. King bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. Cabin is a great location in the woods and is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg to feel very peaceful and quiet. A bear decided to visit us as we were packing our car to leave and climbed up in a nearby tree to bid us farewell. We really enjoyed our stay in the very updated Firefly Haven. Only thing that would make it even more perfect is if the large screened in porch was maintained/cleaned from spiders and spiderwebs to spend more time outside. Thank you for a delightful stay!
