Great property. Good location, and beautiful house with lots of space. Unfortunately one of the rooms had mouse droppings in all the beds and we heard some kind of rodent in the night. The host was not very responsive to this and just said that was normal for the area. Would probably be a 5-star property if not for this one area.

The host's representatives were helpful and provided prompt, thorough support. However, there were many items in need of repair (a list will be shared with the host). Some were fixed the first day, others could not be.

We arrived late at night to find no linens for any of the pullout beds, which we were counting on for our group. We tried contacting the Owners but none of the listed contacts answered the night we arrived. The showers throughout the weekend were inconsistent at best, with no water for minutes at a time then cycling between scalding hot and ice cold water. The shower situation definitely had a negative effect on our group's trip. The house is beautiful and the TVs, pool table, jukebox and theater room are all nice and work well. It's unlikely we'll stay here again due to the hot water and house not being prepared for our group upon arrival.

Amazing cabin

My family spent a week at this amazing cabin. It had everything that we needed and then some. The views are breathtaking. The host was wonderful as well. Very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful Log Cabin!

My family and I used this property for our small wedding and it was absolutely perfect for the amount of people. Lots of room for everyone and a very fun game room!

Beautiful Place

Everyone loved this place for our reunion. The games were great for all ages. The location was pretty (beware the hill in winter), and right outside a golf course. We’d definitely stay here again. It was everything we needed!

Breathtaking

Beautiful lodge with plenty to do. The views are amazing especially if you're fortunate enough to get snow! We'll definitely keep the Crantzdorf Lodge in mind when looking for a place to stay.

Great Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our youth group to use when we were in Gatlinburg for the Tennessee Christian Teen Convention (TCTC). The cabin was spacious, clean, and had lots to keep us all entertained. You won't regret your stay here!
