Welcome to Mountain Sunrise, your luxurious 4399 sqft 3-story escape nestled privately in Gatlinburg. This 8 bedroom retreat blends modern elegance with mountain charm, offering the perfect setting for large family getaways or group gatherings. With top of the line amenities including an indoor pool, private movie theatre, arcade games, bench swing, charcoal grill, wifi and a relaxing hot tub, Mountain Sunrise is designed for comfort, entertainment and unforgettable memories.

Main Level:
The main level of this cabin includes the front porch, kitchen, living room, deck, two bedrooms, a half bath and the laundry closet.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double microwaves, and a Keurig. The island is equipped with 4 seats. The dining area is perfect for large gatherings featuring two dining room tables with seating for 12. The living room of this cabin features leather couches with seating for 8, an electric fireplace, a Roku TV and deck access.
There is a half bath on this level as well as a laundry closet equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.
The first bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV and a full bathroom that is equipped with a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
The deck features multiple chairs and a hot tub.

Upper Level:
The upper level of this cabin features 5 bedrooms equipped with full bathrooms.
The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed, Roku TV and a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom also has its own balcony.
The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed, Roku TV, a futon and a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo.

The entertainment area on this level is equipped with a pool table, Roku TV, Multicade and plenty of seating.
The movie room is equipped with 13 theatre chairs and a 10ft projector screen.
The bedroom on this level is equipped with a king bed, Roku TV and has easy access to the full bathroom on this level which features a walk-in tiled shower.

This house is just beautiful. It is clean and very spacious. We went as a family group and there is something for every age group to enjoy. My only complaint would be is that for a house with 8 bathrooms the water. Oils be hotter. About half of us usually had cold showers. But it was Not a big issue for us.

Our group of 22 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with its stunning mountain views. The home had plenty of space for everyone, with very comfortable beds and a spacious kitchen and dining area. There were lots of cozy spots to gather, relax, and catch up with family.We did run into some trouble getting the theater/projector to work, and closet space was limited in some bedrooms (though there were plenty of drawers). Adding more bathroom hooks for towels would also be helpful. Bath towels were abundant, but only two kitchen towels and two washcloths were provided—so you may want to bring extras.Just a heads-up: this isn’t a hotel, so items like coffee, hand soap, oil, and spices aren’t supplied. They do provide both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, as well as plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery.Overall, it was a much-needed and thoroughly enjoyable family gathering. We would happily rent this home again. I recommend reading the house rules in advance to avoid any surprises.—The BlairsMichigan, Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia

Christmas in Gatlinburg

We really loved the property, I think we used every bit of it. The kitchen was big enough for lots of us to cook, the kids loved the pool, and everyone was able to have their own space, yet enjoy being with family.

Fun for the whole Family

The Mountain Sunrise is a clean, modern, new cabin with plenty of rooms. Loved that the table was long enough to seat us all. We had run ins with black bears. They were daily visitors, coming right up to the house and opening our car doors. We couldn't get the multicade to work and the projector stopped a quarter way into the movie, which was a bummer. Overall, we had a wonderful week here! ,,

Great Stay

The home is beautiful with great amenities in a great location. We loved our stay there. The only con is there were plenty of black ants down stairs in the game area and the bedroom down there. Also some in the kitchen. The house just need to be sprayed often, especially in those areas. Other family members and friends have gotten the site to schedule their stay there as well.
