Decided to stay here so I could walk to all the shops. Very nice staff and nice clean rooms. Safe, convenient and even has chairs you can sit outside your room to enjoy the views of the Mountains.

A bit damp. . .

The staff here are really nice, unlike several establishments in the Smokies, but I had to leave 4 days early, because I'm allergic to mold. Someone left the shower in a way that it was flooding the floor. You can't be picky if you have a dog, because Gatlinburg doesn't accomodate dogs or disabled people very well at ALL. It was too late for a discount, i guess, but i couldn't stay, getting more sick each day. The smell of it is the first thing you notice, and you don't want to bring all your things home smelling like that. Again, nice staff. Maybe they got right on it, after i told them. I would recommend having someone check a place out, in person, before you get past refund date.

Property owner was so arrogant and rude. He behaved like as if we are staying for free. Bathrooms are not clean. Water doesn’t drain. My kid got rashes because of unclean bed sheets. We went to complain that and were shocked the property owner shouting at us. If you want to ruin your trip just to save few bucks stay in this hotel. Good luck.
