This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one king bed. The master bath as a large step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Comfortable, clean, great location

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING…. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

It's only a few feet from National Park boundry. Recently remodeled #108 is very nice: tile floors, new appliances, 2 comfortable king beds, large flat screen TV, walk-in tile shower, nice comfortable patio furniture on spacious deck over-looking large creek (you'll want to spend time there). Park your auto once and easily walk the entire city, while staying at the most peaceful end of the city.

People did not honor the rules at the pool loud music and party until 1 am. Outside of complex was in need of repair wood was rotten and coming apart . I bought cleaner and cleaned myself. Hair and dirt very disgusting. The outside furniture was nice but the cushions are filthy. The porch was so nice to sit used towels over cushions. Over looking the creek very peaceful. Needs better lighting in bathrooms little dated. Overall we would return.
