This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one king bed. The master bath as a large step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Hidden gem by SMNP

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING
. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

Wonderful cozy condo located at the very end of Gatlinburg

but the view from the balcony makes you feel like you’re in the middle of GSMNP! Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable condo. We’re already making plans to return!

Fantastic place in Smoky Mountains

If you're looking for a trip to the Smokies and want a place near the fun family-friendly activities and restaurants of Gatlinburg, our family highly recommends these condos. All have views of the creek, and ours was situated in the part of the building with a wooded area across the way -- beautiful and peaceful with a nice private balcony overlooking the creek, yet just a two-minute walk to the hub-bub of Gatlinburg's main strip and a 5-minute drive to the national park, which was incredibly beautiful. The condo itself was very comfortable, spacious, and very attractively decorated with great furniture and beds. Honestly, one of our favorite travel rentals ever.

Spectacular property!

This condo is very spacious and beautifully appointed. The balcony overlooking the stream was truly exceptional. The hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg was just around the corner, but you could relax and escape that on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!

Almost perfect Smoky Mountain Condo

Condo was well furnished and clean. Pictures & description details were accurate. Second night we heard a small creature inside the air vent & called front desk, female clerk claimed that it was nothing & there was nothing she could do to help us. I insisted to have someone fix issue she did call Jeff. He moved us to another condo at 2am after he heard the creature and realized we were too bothered by the noise to sleep. Thanks Jeff

Lovely Condo , quiet river, and wild life.

This condo is going on our list as a favorite. We will return to this location again. Our surprise was upon checking in we saw visitor in the river "Big Black Bear" meandering through the river. What a treat.

Peaceful and relaxing

We were amazed when we walked in. The condo was clean, updated and better than described in the listing. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows and a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the deck was relaxing and peaceful, wonderful view of the Smokies. We love to walk everywhere and this was the perfect place for our family. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Condo! Unit 108!

Don’t look for a bunch of back and forth communication, you won’t get it. And that’s a great thing! This unit is ideal for so many reasons beyond even being a great location. I literally could have spent the entire Labor Day Weekend in this unit and ordered everything in. Updated and very nice. Master bath was ridiculously nice. Beds and living areas very nice. Kitchen not super stocked but literally has just about anything you need to fix anything. Don’t worry about a grill. Some of the best restaurants in town in my opinion are no more than a few minutes walk. It’s just all around great.
