This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Overall the condo was clean & decently kept. The furniture looked decent but upon sitting on them, they were very worn out & uncomfortable. The kitchen had the basic small appliances & dishes but the utensils were in rough shape. The guest bathroom had mold on the shower curtain liner. The beds were decent & equipped with plenty of pillows. A couple extra blankets were also provided. The location was perfect! I would stay here again.

Great family trip to the Smoky Mountains

This condo is pretty basic, but lots of space for our family of five. The location was so close to the entrance to the park and slightly removed from the craziness of Gatlinburg traffic. Having a kitchen and laundry is a must when traveling with three kids. Thank you for a fun time!

Wonderful Condo in a Wonderful Location!

We really enjoyed this condo and look forward to staying here again soon. We mostly used it for a place to shower and sleep and it worked great for us. I am a clean freak and I was pleased that it seemed to be very clean.. I was also impressed with how well the outside appeared to be maintained and the pool was crystal clear. There are beautiful potted plants all around. It's in an awesome location also. I would highly recommend it!

Very convenient to Gatlinburg.

Nice place with all of the neccessary stuff. Spectacular river view. It's not a 5 star resort but it makes up for all of the luxuries by its location to all of the sites. We have stayed at luxury cabins and hotels in the past. This is our second stay here.
