Located within Laurel Inn Condos, this unit places you within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway. Enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, and national park trails—all just steps from your door.
Getting Around:
This condo is just 0.3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Paved roads and an elevator in the building make access easy. Walking into town saves on parking costs!
While accessible in most conditions, we recommend 4x4 drive for mountain travel, especially in winter.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
• Sleeps 4 guests maximum.
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved, but weather conditions can vary.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (typically Oct–Mar).
• Coffee maker is both Keurig and drip—please bring your own coffee.
• Condo is on the 2nd floor with elevator access from the parking lot.
• Laundry facilities are coin-operated and located on the 1st floor.
• The outdoor pool is managed by the HOA and typically operates from Memorial Day to late August. Dates are subject to change and may be affected by maintenance out of our control.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
