Guest Access:
Entire cabin
The Neighborhood:
This cabin sits directly over the historic Roaring Fork Stream—one of the most tranquil and scenic areas of Gatlinburg. Surrounded by forest but just 0.9 miles from the Parkway, you get the perfect mix of nature and access. Feel the breeze from the water, listen to the stream below your deck, and enjoy being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions—all while staying in your own private slice of the Smokies.
Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze. A Gatlinburg trolley stop is just down the street, and a nearby sidewalk connects you straight to downtown. Whether you're strolling into town or hopping on public transit, you'll find that everything is just minutes away. For those looking to venture into the national park or surrounding mountain roads, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle—especially during rainy or winter conditions. Parking for 1 vehicle is available at the cabin.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Parking available for 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle recommended for exploring the greater Smoky Mountains region.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Coffee maker is standard drip—please bring your own coffee.
• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly—fishing licenses can be purchased locally.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Cute small cozy cabin. It is on a busy street, but the house sits right on a creek, and is so peaceful listening to the water. The hot tub has limited privacy, but it would be difficult to make it private without obscuring the view. The parking is not for a large truck, but we knew that ahead of time. The bed is not very comfortable, but I am picky. Location is very close to all the attractions. Overall, good stay

Cabin was great, perfect cozy atmosphere for a romantic getaway. Hot tub right next to the stream (Can't put into words how amazing it is to sleep with the sound of the stream right there lol) awesome view, super clean, and best of all, the communication from the lister is top notch, usually receiving a response in less than 5 minutes!

This lovely cabin was so charming. It was a great place with just the right amount of space. The owner was great with communication and extremely helpful each time we chatted. The hot tub was a nice addition and we enjoyed it. But the best of all was the rushing creek the property overlooked. What an amazing sound! It was so comforting and peaceful. Will go again if we find ourselves in the area again. 100% recommend!

Anyone who stays here will have a lovely time! A very reliable and caring host with great communication! Read other reviews on how close the property is to the road and the size of the 1 parking spot and prepare accordingly. IF YOU REQUIRE A MOBILITY AID I’d contact the host beforehand as the parking area has some pocked holes and there is a ledge to get to the walkway of the cabin. You will be able to hear calming river and rain sounds inside! You can also somewhat hear outside conversations and traffic slightly. It was minimal especially at night. The entryway is a little dim. The cabin is well furnished. There were localidea guides, plenty of blankets, and a fun puzzle! Cute presentation of the towels. Very homey. Info posted clearly on the walls. Be mindful of the shower curtain as it is a bit too big for the shower. Watch your shins, the bed frame has some pretty big knots. There’s an iron/ ironing board! Bring hangers! There were only three hangers at the time of our trip and besides the dresser (which one drawer was also occupied with a spare comforter) the shelves are occupied with cabin supplies that made putting away all our things slightly difficult. Could use some coat hooks by the door. If you plan to cook/bake, bring a baking sheet, measuring cups, and any seasonings! The hot tub is a bit exposed but has a perfect view of the water! It is the perfect size and ambiance for a relaxing couples trip, we recommend this cabin and will absolutely book again!

At the original property we booked did not fit “our” needs. The host happily got us into another one of their cabins that we absolutely LOVED. VERY great to work with. And enjoyed our anniversary! Beautiful view. Very clean. Saw bears and just had a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10!! Would definitely book again!!!!

The cabin was very cozy and clean. The fireplace was wonderful. Very convenient location to Downtown Gatlinburg as well as the Sugarland Welcome Center to access the National Park. Parking at the cabin can be a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle, we chose to reverse into the driveway making it easier to pull out when leaving. My favorite part was being able to hear the rushing water of the creek just outside even with the door shut. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time while staying at this location. It was just as advertised… very clean, great location and very near all of the stores and other things we needed while there. We saw bears and elk nearby and the parkway was less than a mile away. We’ll be back I’m sure!

Conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg, and not far from Pigeon Forge. We did the megazip, several mountain coasters, Titanic museum, shopping and lots of good food. Nearby hiking trails in the Smoky Mountain national parks. We had a great time. The sound of the river cancels out any noise of traffic. Wish there was also access to the river but we only got to enjoy the sounds and views. Our porch light was out and they got right on it. Overall a great experience!

Pros: This place was pretty clean. It was cozy, in good location, WiFi & tv worked good. AC worked good. The fenced in outdoor area was nice. Wife & kids enjoyed the fenced in jacoozi area.Cons: Small parking that’s directly on the road, We drove a Chevy traverse and it was pretty tight. Private jacoozi area was also right on the road. It felt like the cabin was in the middle of the road. Toilet & shower are made for smaller people. If anything falls behind the nice barrel sink with very limited space for toiletries in the bathroom, it will be challenging to retrieve was you dropped…which was obviously why belongings from previous guests were still behind it!! Bear sighting 2 days in a row there. The 2nd day was when we were loading up to leave, car doors open, bear climbs in the back(with my wife in it) & with its mouth grabbed our 100 box of jellies & stuff from the Jelly House. Conclusion: For a 100 year old cabin it’s in good shape, the pricing was fair, & because we aren’t the type that needs everything to be perfect, we would gladly stay here again. Also be aware for bears at the cabin. My family & I were all loading up to come home with the car doors open when big black bear casually walked up. My 5 year old boy hollers BEAR! I snatch up the kids and run them inside. Ole Bear doesn’t realize how close he came to becoming a rug that day.

The cabin was awesome cleanliness was great The location was very nice and close to all the main attractions they only complained I had was the fact that the grill area or fenced area whichever you would like to call it was not as close or private or secluded as it seemed in the pictures, and the size of the bed but I did know what the size was when I booked so that one's on me.

We spent 3 nights in a small cabin right beside the rushing waters of roaring forks. The water was mesmerizing and made for a tranquil stay. We had everything we needed since we were aware of the amenities ahead of time. When it rained in the early morning we sat on the covered porch to watch the water. In the evenings we sat on the patio area to watch the waters. There was a hottub but we chose not to use it since we have our own at home, but this could have been an added perk! The little cabin was quite comfortable for our needs as a sr age couple. We were able to use our streaming ID to watch television and had wifi access for our phones too. I'd rate at the top of my list for favorite vacations and accommodations. Would definitely do it again and recommend to friends and family. Oh, and we saw a bear within about a block from our cabin on two different days!
