Staff were nice but massive delay at evening meal and got order wrong repeatedly. Food was then cold. More importantly, our room didn't have a cot in it when we arrived despite x2 requests for this. When it did arrive it was literally like concrete and our daughter didn't sleep at all. As a result we had to put her to sleep with in the bed which is much higher risk and one of us was forced to stay awake next to her in turns we are deeply unhappy about being forced into.

Receptionist barely looked at us. We had dinner in the restaurant which was not overly busy. Had to ask to order drinks, then ask to order food. Mains arrived together apart from one and rest of table nearly finished by time it arrived. Very poor communication.
