The Space:

G667 is a 1 bedroom pet friendly condo located on the 3rd floor of Gearhart House. The bedroom has a King size bed. Sleeper sofa available in the living room. TV and DVD player. Woodstove for those chilly coastal nights. Enjoy a moments walk to the beach.





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available.





We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room

The property was as described - good location near the beach, nice deck to enjoy, and clean. Some parts of the unit had been updated, although the bathroom/shower need some attention. Nothing fancy but a nice spot overall. The problem we had was with check in. We arrived an hour early for check in and were told the room wasn’t clean. That wasn’t a surprise since we were early. The problem was it took two more hours for the room to be ready, including a false start when the front desk told us the room was ready, we took our stuff to the room, only to find it was not cleaned yet. They gave us 10% off the bill but this process was really frustrating and the reason for the 3-star rating.

Good Access

All good. Finding office was difficult, no sign. Can see where it was but clearly gone. One of use uses walker and access was easy. In condo was great. Tub had grab bar. Only some what difficult part was large step over to padio but putting walker over first worked

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Checkin was super fast, they provided us with one duraflame per night (gave us both at checkin) which was fantastic to make a beach fire with. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Was just like the listing said. Great location short walk to the beach which was covered in sand dollars. Pool was nice and same with the hot tub. Room had everything you need from extra pillows and blankets to full kitchen and kitchen ware. Came with the wife for valentine day weekend definitely will be back with the kids next time.

Very nice complex

This condo is in a large complex next to a golf course. Nice large kitchen/living room, bedroom comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. Lots of dust on backsplash and some dirt in corners. The sink could have used a good scrub. The loveseat had a very odd smell, we suspect an accident by an animal from a previous guest. The smoke alarm battery low power beeping went off at 11:30 pm. We called it in and had a maintenance man there within 15 minutes. Would stay there again if smell was gone
