Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room

Unit G695 is a one bedroom with loft fully equipped condo on the fourth floor of Gearhart House.

You will enjoy great Southwest ocean views from your private deck. The main bedroom features a king bed. Up in the loft there are 2 twin beds. There is not a sleeper sofa in this unit. This unit has a walk in shower no tub.  Maximum occupancy is 4. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.

Stay warm with the electric fireplace. Flat screen TV and DVD player.

Just a few minute stroll to the beach. Catch a glimpse of our famous Elk that wander nearby, if you're lucky you'll see them when they are on the property. Tennis courts and pickleball court nearby.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

While this unit is not pet friendly, the owner does bring a pet.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Gearhart Condo

The location is great. Balcony overlooking the beach. Check in was great, they were very pleasant. Parking was difficult, it was a holiday weekend. This particular unit had an off smell and we woke up stuffy every morning. There was mold growing on the wall in the bedroom. Cut our trip short due to this.

The walls were so thin I could hear someone cough in the next condo or upstairs. If there would have been more kids next to me it would have been very noisy. I had wished that the tv had better channels as I missed the Mariner games. I understand that I didn't go to the beach to watch tv but at night I do.

Blissed Out at the Beach

From the moment we entered our weekend oasis, we were delighted! Straight through from the front door to the view of the glorious Pacific Ocean can be seen. The bed is quite comfortable, and is a true King size bed. Everything was decorated nicely, and the pair of La-Z Boy recliners did not disappoint after a long day at the coast. We will definitely rent this space again!

In a different unit

Due to booking confusions, we stayed in a different unit. The master bedrooms of all of these units overlook the walkway and parking lot, so that is something to consider.

Condo with Great Ocean View

Comfy condo with a great ocean view. If you like to golf this is the place to stay. Just down the road to Astoria or Seaside, and right across the street from McMenanins. Two nearby golf courses.

Needs care. Carpeting old and shabby and tearing away from tack strips. Curtains in loft upstairs off rod and just hanging. Management at check in very u friendly and not helpful. Internet terrible as it kept disconnecting. I had the feeling no staff person cared about any of these issues. The view was lovely and a nice spacious deck. Workable kitchen although not enough dishwasher soap, no napkins, spices, or things I usually find in such units with a kitchen. Needs space to hang beach towels and swimsuits.
