The Space:

G697 is a one bedroom loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House. Great southwest ocean views from your private deck. Main bedroom has a King bed. Loft has a Queen. There is no sleeper sofa, maximum occupancy is 4. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.





Flat screen TV and DVD player. Woodstove for those chilly coastal nights. (Unit has Youtube TV only)





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





NO PETS ALLOWED!

Love the non-touristy vibe of Gearhart!

This condo is clean, comfortable, quiet, with a nice ocean view and easy walk to one of the most walkable beaches in Oregon. You can actually drive on this beach with 4 wheel drive to get through the deeper sand. Beds are comfortable and the upstairs loft worked well for a third family member's bedroom.

The location was good, but the unit needs lots of updating. Old carpet, things falling apart, etc. No smart TV so you can’t stream anything. Price seemed a bit high for not much work being put into the unit.
