G744 2.5 Bedroom Top Floor, No cleaning fees

Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.

You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN

Unit G744 is a renovated Two Bedroom loft located on the 5th floor.

It has a Spectacular Ocean View. It sleeps 6 total people. There is a Queen bed in main bedroom, Two twins in the second bedroom, and Two twin futons in loft. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall. There is a Flat screen TV in living room and main bedroom. This condo has two full bathrooms with walk in showers. It is 1273 Sq. feet. This unit has an amazing ocean view from the living room and balcony. Has an electric fireplace. (Keurig coffee maker is no longer available)

You will have access to an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, and small exercise room.

The Owner brings their own pet. THIS UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS

Fireplace is not working.

**Smoking is not allowed on the decks or the outside premises of the building. **

Fantastic location to visit to explore the coast

Great central location. We explored Astoria area the first day. Cannon Beach the second day and Hug point. Must explore all! You can also DRIVE on this beach. Too cool. Gearhart is close to all without being in the heart of tourist traps. Eat at Dundee’s in Seaside. Would recommend staying here. All the amenities.

First stay

Walking up to the elevator, it smelled and looked like Hawaii. The room was beautiful. The only complaint woould be the so called twin beds upstairs. There are small couches with thin mattress with coil springs. The need to be replaced.

Great location and view

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. Location was great, close to food, shopping, beaches, etc. The view was also fantastic. The throw pillows had dog hair on them and some of the decorations had been pulled off the walls, but otherwise the place was great and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful condo with an awesome location a block from drive on beach access and an easy walk to the beach as well. This property is directly across the street from Mcminnamins which also has great staff and takeout. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Super great and relaxing stay for Mother's Day weekend with the women in my family!
